Film & Story

We run an AI-native film pipeline — script audits, screenplays, storyboards, and production — on tooling we build ourselves. The story still comes first; AI just means we test ten versions of it before the crew is ever called.

How we approach it

A film is not a feature list read aloud over music. We find the one true thing worth saying, then spend the budget defending it.

Our Speciality

An AI-native film pipeline.

We write, audit, board, and shoot with AI in the loop at every stage — not to replace the people who make films, but to give them ten times the passes. A draft that used to take a fortnight to pressure-test now takes an afternoon, so the version that reaches the floor is the tenth idea rather than the first.

AI-01

Diagnosis

AI Script Audits

A screenplay put through structural analysis before anyone commits budget to it. We map the beats against the structure the script is actually trying to use, time the acts, and surface the places where tension flattens or a character stops wanting anything.

You get

Annotated script + beat map + prioritised rewrite notes

Beat map with act timings and midpoint placement

Character arc tracking — wants, obstacles, and change per act

Dialogue distinctiveness scoring: can you tell who is speaking with the names hidden?

Scene economy pass — which scenes carry no story weight

Pacing curve across the full script, flagged against comparable titles

AI-02

Development

AI Screenplays

From a premise to a formatted draft with a human holding the pen throughout. The model proposes loglines, structures acts on a beat board, and drafts scenes in distinct character voices; the writer selects, cuts, and rewrites. Every suggestion is editable, and nothing ships unread.

You get

Industry-formatted draft + beat board + revision history

Logline and premise exploration across multiple structural options

Beat board built before prose, so structure is argued first

Scene drafting in industry-standard format

Per-character voice models to keep dialogue separable

Rewrite engine for pacing, tone, and length passes

AI-03

Pre-Visualisation

AI Storyboarding

Boards generated straight from the script with characters and locations held consistent across every panel — so the board reads as one film rather than a mood collage. Shot grammar is explicit: size, lens, angle, and movement per panel.

You get

Boards + animatic + shot list ready for production

Character and location consistency locked across panels

Shot size, lens, angle, and movement annotated per frame

Coverage checks — flags scenes cut without an establishing or reverse

Animatic assembly with scratch timing for pacing decisions

Shot list and continuity notes exported for the floor

AI-04

Production & Post

AI Film Making

Generative and assistive tooling used across the shoot and the edit — pre-visualising setups before the crew is called, extending plates, cleaning audio, and assembling first cuts against the board so the editor starts from a structure rather than a bin of clips.

You get

Pre-viz, assembly cut, and delivery masters in every format

Pre-visualisation of setups, blocking, and lighting before the shoot day

Generative plate extension, clean-up, and set dressing in post

Speech enhancement and dialogue repair on location audio

Assembly cuts aligned to the approved board

Automatic vertical and social reframes that respect the composition

Our Own Studio Tool

OP2

An AI screenwriting studio that drafts scenes, shapes character arcs, and formats to industry standard.

  • Beat-board structure

  • Scene drafting

  • Character voice models

  • Rewrite engine

The script and board work above runs on software we build and use ourselves. OP2 is our AI-native writing studio — beat boards, scene drafting, character voice, and a rewrite engine — which means the pipeline improves with every production instead of being rented from someone else's roadmap.

What You Can Deploy

Engagements, not brochures.

04 OFFERS

P-01

Brand Film

  • Script-first

  • Boarded before shoot

  • Hero + cutdowns

A hero film built on a narrative spine rather than a bullet list — premise, script, and board agreed before the crew is called, so the shoot is execution rather than discovery.

P-02

Story System

  • Narrative spine

  • Reusable by the team

  • Campaign-agnostic

The messaging architecture underneath everything else: the core narrative, proof points, and language your team can reuse across campaigns, decks, and product launches without drifting.

P-03

Campaign Kit

  • One shoot, many formats

  • Vertical planned in

  • Stills included

One shoot planned for many surfaces — hero film, social cutdowns, vertical edits, and stills — with the formats designed into the board instead of cropped in afterwards.

P-04

Founder & Documentary

  • Interview-led

  • Structured in edit

  • Long + short cuts

Interview-led films that sound like a person rather than a press release — structured in the edit, where the real story usually turns out to be different from the brief.

// 02

Inside the Discipline

What we actually do here.

01

Brand Films

Films that carry a proposition without reciting it, built on a narrative spine instead of a feature list.

02

Story Frameworks

Messaging architecture and narrative structure a team can reuse long after the campaign ends.

03

Production

Direction, cinematography, and on-set supervision scoped to the story rather than to the equipment list.

04

Post & VFX

Edit, grade, sound, and visual effects, where pacing is treated as a story decision, not a technical one.

05

AI-Assisted Development

Screenwriting and pre-visualisation accelerated with our own studio tooling — with a human holding the pen.

06

Photography & Stills

Campaign and product photography captured alongside the film, so one production feeds every surface.

// 03

Where It Applies

Applications in the field.

The same discipline, pointed at different problems. These are the shapes this work most often takes.

01

Brand Launch

Anthem films and identity campaigns that introduce a company on its own terms.

02

Product Marketing

Explainer and demo films that make a complex product legible in ninety seconds.

03

Founder Story

Investor and recruitment films that carry conviction without sounding rehearsed.

04

Healthcare & Trust

Patient and practitioner stories handled with the restraint the subject deserves.

05

Consumer & Packaging

Product films and stills built around how the thing actually feels in the hand.

06

Social & Performance

Vertical-first cutdowns designed for the feed rather than cropped for it.

// 04

How It Runs

Four phases, in order.

01

Premise

Find the one true thing the film is about, and what the audience should feel and do by the end of it.

02

Story & Board

Structure the beats, write the script, board the shots — where changes cost hours instead of shoot days.

03

Production

Shoot against the board, leaving room for the accidents worth keeping, tracking continuity and coverage throughout.

04

Post & Release

Cut for pace, grade for tone, mix for clarity — then deliver every format the campaign actually needs.
