Tessera Serve

PX-05

Licensing

Free for three apps, and genuinely no account.

The Starter tier is anonymous rather than a trial: no sign-up stands between you and the first public URL. Paid tiers add unlimited apps, your own domains and the clouds to ship to.

A tunnel service, a deployment platform and a self-hosting panel bought separately come to more than this and still leave you stitching them together. Vercel is $20 per user per month for the deploy step alone; the free tier here covers the whole journey for three apps.

Talk about a licence ↗

Questions we actually get.

Is the free tier really account-free?

Yes. Starter is anonymous — nothing to sign up for, nothing to verify. Three applications, public tunnels, access protection, analytics and logs, on one machine.

What happens if my licence cannot check in?

There is a seven-day offline grace on Pro and Team, fourteen on Enterprise. After that the app falls back to Starter and your apps keep running — the paid features lock, but nothing you deployed goes down.

Does it replace AWS?

No — it deploys to AWS. Serve runs your app locally, puts it on the internet, and then pushes it to ECS, App Runner, Cloud Run, Azure Container Apps or Docker Hub when the prototype becomes real.

Can I put a password on an app that has no login?

Yes, and this is one of the better reasons to use it. Access protection and rate limiting are applied at Serve's own reverse proxy, so the app itself needs no auth code at all.

Are containers, networking and CI/CD included?

Not yet. All three screens exist in the app and are marked coming soon there, so they are on the features page as a roadmap. Team includes CI/CD when it ships.
