We sell software. Nothing physical is shipped.

When your payment goes through, your access is delivered online, within minutes.

PAR2LABS PRIVATE LIMITED ("PAR2 LABS", "we", "us") sells subscriptions to software delivered over the internet. Today that means Social-Ops, at par2labs.com/products/social-ops.

There are no physical goods. Nothing is sent by post or courier.

This policy applies to every PAR2 LABS subscription product, unless that product's own page says otherwise.

Access is delivered online, immediately after your payment succeeds. It normally takes a few minutes.

Your plan is applied to the workspace and the email address you used when you signed up. Sign in with that email address and it is there.

First, check that you are signed in with the email address you used at sign-up.

If your plan is still not active, write to contact@par2labs.com. Include the email address on your account and the payment reference from your Razorpay receipt, and we will put it right.

If we cannot deliver what you paid for, you get your money back under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Our services are available worldwide, over the internet. You need an internet connection to use them.

Prices are in Indian rupees (INR).

None. There is nothing to ship, so there are no shipping or delivery charges.

We may update this policy. The date at the top changes when we do.
