Coliving touches everything — housing, food, payments, support. The product had to fold all of it into a single experience without overwhelming residents.

We designed the Isthara platform spanning coliving discovery, room booking, rent and food-court payments, complaint management, and community. The system unifies a sprawling operation into one calm, dependable app for residents and operators alike.
