Encrypted credentials

Platform tokens and keys are sealed with AES-256-GCM and never shown back.

Permissions, not job titles

Access is checked against a permission catalogue; roles can be limited to particular apps.

Audited

Sensitive and destructive actions, exports and call-recording access are written to an audit log.

Consent built in

Opt-ins per channel, STOP replies honoured automatically, quiet hours and frequency caps on broadcasts and calls.
